Inserting the port for Chemo and having sentinel node biopsy(is a surgical diagnostic procedure done to remove a small sample of lymph nodes so they can be tested for metastasis).

Just returned from seeing the oncologist I start Chemo on Wednesday of next week. Fighting Breast Cancer one day @ a Time!

Did Fasting and Praying on Yesterday and today starting my Pre-meds in prep for Chemo on tomorrow! Feeling Great today I think I am going shoe shopping!! :)

1st day of Chemo @ Cancer Care Center of Brevard.
Doctor informed me I should start to loose my hair in about 2 weeks. I am on the look out for a wig.
