Blood Clot has dissolved

In the ER on yesterday for concern over the pain in my right arm. The blood clot has dissolved and the pain is a result of the swollen vein but should be gone in about 5 days.

I will trust God, not only w/the good times in life but the bad as well.

Blood clot in a superficial vein

Today I cried and fear almost set in. I have been in pain for over a week finally went to the Doctor to find out I have a blood clot in my right arm. Fear came over me and I started to pray while I was waiting to hear the next step. calm entered and I thanked God for his grace.
I am told I have a blood clot in a superficial vein, because it's in a superficial vein not a deep vein it's not a concern it should pass. It's painful but nothing major.
I am humbled by God's grace.

Making strides against Cancer 2012

Today was emotional seeing all the people who has been affected by cancer.
Imagine a world w/no cancer.

Had revision surgery

Had revision surgery on left breast and I was throwing up for hours not able to hold even liquids down. I'm not sure how the revision worked out, still a great deal of swelling. Praying for success and healing.

2nd breast reconstruction surgery scheduled

I am scheduled to have surgery 15 October, this has been a challenge. Not sure why doctors don't put more care and consideration into breast cancer patients.
Sometime I wonder if I should have chosen a female doctor or if I should have left my small town if my results would have been.

God still has work for me to do.

Yesterday I spoke @ a women conference on early detection to help fight against breast Cancer. I am usually very uncomfortable w/speaking in front a group of people but because it's important to me, if I can help someone to not have to go through what I have been through I was able to do it. I spoke from my heart! God has work for me to do and I want to pay the blessing forward.

Keep it moving!

No matter what life throws you, you have to keep moving forward. I am not happy w/ my breast surgery it has been 4 weeks and no changes.

Friends and family tell me I should be happy I beat cancer but until you've walked a mile in my shoes you will not understand. I know I am blessed I just wish I could've had better results.

I fall down and I get back up again.

Hello everyone
I am feeling more and more blessed each day as I am recovering, this is week 2. My doctor informs me that the look of my breast is as best as it will get.
I am prepared to take on whatever. may come my way. It usually take me a couple of days but I never loose sight
Of my blessing. I am still here w/my family.
God is so good and He is true to his word!

When things don't go as planned.

The breast surgery was uneventful from a medical stand point. But I am not sure that I will ever be made to feel whole, breast are not even and are not cosmetically pleasing. I have cried over this for a couple of days. It's time to move forward.
God is my strength.

The Breast is Yet to come!

I am in full prep mode for surgery on Monday( June 4, 2012). Praying for each person who will be involved that God will guide them.

I am not afraid because I know I have the favor of God upon my life.

The results from my PET Scan came back and There is no Cancer in my bones, Chest walls No Cancer!! Now preparing for Radiation. I am blessed!!

Had a wound( from the mastectomy) that wasn't healing so I will have to do 5 days a week 2hrs a day getting Hyperbaric oxygen therapy intermittent treatment of the entire body with 100-percent oxygen at greater than normal atmospheric pressures.

It can hold up to 12 patients and 2 attendance per session.

Surgery went well I will have tissue expander's until after radiation.
I am scheduled to start January 19, 2012.
I will do 1 treatment 5 days a week w/the total being 33 treatments.
Last 5 treatments will be to the skin area only, where the cancer was taken out.

Inserting the port for Chemo and having sentinel node biopsy(is a surgical diagnostic procedure done to remove a small sample of lymph nodes so they can be tested for metastasis).

Two days ago I learned when it comes to breast cancer one must be ready for anything and I am not the average patient. The Chemo worked on the right breast but something has invaded the left breast! According the doctors you can develop a different type of cancer while on Chemo.

After two days of crying I have decided to Rise and Be Healed!! I know God Keeps his Promises!

Found out yesterday Chemo is working! Tumors Shrunk (God’s Plan) as the doctor ‘s had hoped. Scheduled for surgery to remove tumors Early September!!!

Chemo Wednesday tomorrow doctor wants my white blood count up before he can treat me but I know all will work out for because God is working on my behalf Today and Tomorrow!
